What if the Property Owner is wrong? When an applicant starts an application, in most cases the first screen will allow the applicant to confirm their profile information. The second screen will allow them to enter the Location that is relevant for the application. Once an address is entered, the applicant will be able to review details associated with that Location, including property details and owner. The applicant may manually type in corrected Property Owner information which will be associated with that application only, but as a security measure, any applicant cannot change the Property Owner permanently (as associated with that Location in the system). If an applicant notices that a Property Owner is incorrect and must be changed permanently, a request must be submitted using the Share Your Feedback form on the corresponding tab of this page, with the necessary details.
